We are back...

Hi blog-followers...

This is just a quick post to let you know that John and I are back from our whistle-stop visit to England for my niece's wedding.  We enjoyed typical bank holiday weather with hail, torrential rain and thunder and lightening - the latter two just as Ellie and Andy were about to have their group photographs taken in the gardens of Hull University. 

We are exhausted but glad to be back home where all is good - some of the plants look a bit worse for wear and boy have the weeds grown but apart from that and the fact that the pool needs some of John's TLC it feels like we have never been away now that we have cracked open the red wine.

Just about to tackle the photographs I took - they are in RAW so all need some attention before you can see them!
