My Last Entry


For personal reasons I have decided to bring this blog to an end

For the last two and a half years I have religiously recorded an open and honest account of our daily lives which took us from married quarters in Yeovil to the sleepy village of Droushia and for a while at least there are things which I feel unable to record in this way.

Below are my last remaining five posts which culminate in the successful relocation of Mum and Dad to their bungalow and this seems a fitting place to end.

Many thanks to my faithful followers who recorded some 50,000+ page views and the good friends we made as a result.

    Like most others, I perfectly understand why you are stopping the blog, but I shall miss it HUGELY !
    I feel it has been a privilege to share your days, 'meet' your new friends and be part of your adventure.

    Thank you for the kind comments - a family illness means that we are going through some difficult times. I may start again next year when I feel more able to do so.
