13th April - a sad day

We are feeling very sad today having learned that someone very, very close to us lost a family member to Corona Virus - we will not dwell on this save to say that losing a family member is bad enough under normal circumstances but under these severe lockdown conditions it is almost unbearable.  We cannot do any of the things we would like to do by way of support because that would mean breaking all the rules of the lockdown and curfew although we are sorely tempted to do so.  Everything seemed a little flat today - we had little enthusiasm for doing anything much because it all seemed a bit unnecessary.  So all we can do is send virtual love and hugs and kisses and support.
