It was an incredibly sad day today when we said goodbye to one of my cousins. We are pictured here together nearly 60 years ago. Her passing was unexpected and untimely. She is the first of my cousins on Dad's side of the family to pass away and she was younger than me. John and I went to the cemetery to talk to Dad and pay our respects as we could not be in the UK. As youngsters our family and my cousin's family spent so much time together it is very difficult to appreciate that she has gone.
