So regular readers will know that our flight came in very late and it was the early hours of this morning when we arrived and we were knackered. I left Mum in the tender care of Paphos Assistance and I went to collect our bags.
Oh after the chaos of Gatwick, Paphos Airport seemed to wrap me up in a big old bear hug - it was so good to be back even though I was sweltering. By the time we managed to get to bed it was around 2.30am and I was completely done in.
Once we had grabbed some shut-eye we were up and at 'em, bags unpacked, washing on and then a trip to Paps to restock the cupboards and all this meant we were back to normal!!! I checked on Mum who was glad to have Fred back home from his stay at the vets and apart from locking herself out today was easing herself back into the groove. I know this will have been hard for her because she has had company 24/7 over the last week and has been in the company of family and friends which is special. John and I will be there to support her and as I say to her - we cannot change things so we just have to embrace what the future can bring and we all have a lot to be grateful for.
After the stresses and strains of yesterday I flagged early today so there is nothing more to report.
